Lou Heranndez
Lou Hernandez has trained numerous successful NFL players, including nine first-round picks, during his career at Carolina, Illinois, Florida, New York, and Houston. He has also coached athletes in baseball, track and field, tennis, softball, and basketball.
Coach Lou specializes in speed training, strength development, injury prevention, and sport-specific training, crafting customized plans as well as group sessions based on scientific progression. His goal is to create the best program that maximizes performance by enhancing strengths and addressing weaknesses.
Lou holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's in exercise and health-related fitness from the University of Houston. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the U.S. Powerlifting Federation, currently certified as a CSCCa Master Strength and Conditioning Coach and USA Olympic Weightlifting Federation Club Coach, Level 1.
